“We offer guests here what we also enjoy ourselves,” says Rosemarie Feuerstein, who runs the centrally located Hirschen hotel along with her sister Gabriele Bechter. Both are trained herb instructors and yoga teachers, who have dedicated themselves to the body’s energy sources. They take great pleasure in sharing their knowledge during yoga courses, herb-themed meetings and during healthy fasting weeks.
Regional & sweet
Those who are not currently fasting will enjoy delicious culinary delights made from regional ingredients. Guests can select from vegetarian or vegan mains in addition to something sweet from the patisserie for dessert. The entire family contributes to the delicious food offered: the brother works in agriculture, the sister at an Alpine farm. Meat and sausage come from the husband’s butcher shop. The aromatic herbs are grown in the large garden.
Honey & herbs
In the modern wellness area in the attic, guests can enjoy honey and herb massages, colour and sound therapy, Ayurvedic treatments and more. Everything is designed for the benefit of mind, body and soul. Homemade herbal ointments ensure that the holiday feeling lasts and helps to alleviate many aches and pains. To warm up, guests head to the sauna. The reading room is a great place to observe nature or to get lost in a book.
