Located on a hill right off of the main road, the St. Jakobus parish church is a true gem when it comes to art history. The frescos inside were created between 1420 and 1450.

The majority of people who visit Reuthe treat themselves to a stay at the Gesundhotel Bad Reuthe to relax or to receive therapy. Both are available throughout the year and can be combined with summer or winter hiking. A more or less flat hiking trail extends through the moor to the neighbouring villages of Bezau and Bizau. The Niedere-Andelsbuch-Bezau ski area is located close by and there are good connections to the Damüls-Mellau ski area.
