It’s a throwback to yesterday because the product range is comprehensive yet clearly arranged. It’s the kind of place where there’s time for a conversation: You not only get good products, but also good advice. Best of all, the origin of the food itself is well known.
But it’s also a shop for tomorrow because at LaWurscht the majority of what’s sold over the counter is organically prepared. In any case, the meat products do NOT come from industrial food monocultures but from small, hand-selected producers.
This is not only well and good for the consumers, but for the landscape, animals and people on the production side as well.
One consequence of the firm NO to the food industry is that not everything is always available at the fresh meat counter. What’s available is as nature intended, in other words: the fruits of organic farming.
