As a self-taught chef, Erna Metzler has succeeded in combining regional cuisine with modern and international influences. Benjamin Wolter is now continuing the foundation she has laid. In Das Schiff, guests dine in rustic Bregenzerwald parlours, in the modern hotel restaurant or in “Ernele,” the timbre architecture pub & shop that was constructed in the hotel addition in modern Bregenzerwald timber architecture.
