In their small Alpine dairy, sheep’s milk farmers Brigitte and Thomas Gmeiner lovingly create by hand delicious dairy products such as yogurts and various cheese varieties. At their farm shop, they offer whey drinks, meats and sausages made on site, and various natural wool products from felt slippers to cushions made from sheep’s wool.
