Camping Bregenzerwald in Doren

Surrounded by forest and located directly on the shores of the Bregenzerache stream, this is a true gem for nature-loving campers.

With 50 sites and 90 plots, this campsite is open from March to October. The main attraction here is water in all its facets. Visitors can hike on the Bregenzerache stream, go hiking, bathing, fishing, canoeing or take a rafting tour.

Perfect for excursions

Not far away and just a few metres further uphill is the town of Doren (1,000 inhabitants) with its sunny location, meadows, various farms and beautiful views. Cheese lovers flock to the village’s popular Alpine dairy. Additional attractions are not far away by bus or car in the villages of Bregenzerwald.

Lake Constance, the mouth of the Bregenzerache, and the state capital of Vorarlberg, Bregenz, are just 18 km away. At Lake Constance, guests can enjoy a ship journey or head to the beaches to swim. The cities around Lake Constance offer a rich cultural heritage to explore in addition to renowned festivals, museums and events.
