Open year round, this campsite has it all when it comes to making the most of comfortable summer temperatures in the Alps as well as romantic winter camping. There is a bus stop, grocery store and a sports shop located close by.
In winter
Cross-country-ski trails and winter hiking trails extend right past the campsite. Reaching the Diedamskopf ski area is just 500 m on foot (approx. 8 min). With the car or ski bus, guests have access to the Damüls-Mellau (12 km), Fontanella-Faschina (15 km) and Warth-Schröcken (21 km) ski areas. From the latter, guests can access the Auenfeld jet connection to Lech Zürs am Arlberg and the largest contiguous ski area in Austria.
In summer
In summertime, the solar-heated Au outdoor pool is just 400 m away. This facility is beloved by families for its wide slides and a dedicated area for playing and splashing about. The Bregenzerwald cycle path is highly recommended for excursions. It extends between Egg and Schoppernau with a length of 30 km and for much of the stretch it skirts the Bregenzerache stream.
