The towns of Andelsbuch, Bezau and Lingenau feature various designated running trails. The 18 running trails designed for hobbyists and professionals are divided into three levels of difficulty – easy, medium and hard. Individual stretches are also open for families with children. In Andelsbuch, for instance, three trails are easy, one is medium and one is rated hard. There are also six running trails in Bezau and seven in Lingenau.
The towns of Bezau, Andelsbuch, and Lingenau are connected to one another via an 18.1-km regional walking and cycling route called the Achtalweg route. Runners on this stretch can enjoy the three towns in addition to the extensive network of paths. Good regional bus connections make getting back and forth easy.
