Warth - Mindfulness, resilience and happiness

With resilience to an easier and happier life

This afternoon programme is dedicated to discovering what makes people resilient. Rebecca Manser and Carmen Drexel offer food for thought and share practical exercises for strengthening personal resilience. The aim is to teach participants how to live a fundamentally easier, more self-determined and happier life.

Resilience.

Resilience means the ability to recover quickly from misfortune. It seems almost impossible to escape stress in our rapidly moving times. Our lives are punctuated by different crises that we go through from time to time. Learn what makes people resilient, discover food for thought and learn practical exercises on how to strengthen personal resilience and thereby basically live an easier, more self-determined and happier life.

Forest bathing.

Spending time in the forest helps decelerate, draw new energy and train mindfulness. Breathing in forest air also has a positive effect. Experience the power of the trees and help yourself to this ‘bath’ with all your senses: understanding, marvelling, feeling, experiencing and tasting.
