The objective is to simplify the sequences of movements in order to minimise the amount of effort required for the ascent and for skiing down the slopes. The focus of these workshops is the interplay between movement, skiing and a relaxing experience in nature.

Test out the very latest touring skis suited to the individual needs of each skier to make the backcountry descent easier. The Au-Schoppernau snow sports school is a cooperative partner.

The lessons take place regularly at specific times. Registration is required. Starting is only possible on the first day of the training programme. Detailed information is available from www.skiprojekt.at and in the programme brochure.
