They are the experts for delicacies containing cheese, yoghurt & co. The 44 Bregenzerwald „Käsewirte“ (cheese chefs).
44 inns and restaurants of the Bregenzerwald region are members of the Cheese Street and have therefore been declared cheese chefs. Most of them are situated close to each other. Many cheese chefs serve their specialties in cosy parlours with low ceilings and a view of the facades with wooden shingles.
